What you need:
Crock pot, Chicken (raw or cooked), Salsa (mild, medium, hot), Diced onions, garlic (fresh, powder), chili powder, black beans (or red, canned)
Mix all into crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. If you want more, double the recipe! Healthy, delicious, and easy!!
Adam is a great guy and a terrific trainer. A few months ago I was preparing to go to my Army Officer training so I signed up for a local boot camp style workout through a special deal. During the first week I injured my hamstring and the arch of my foot. I was worried I wouldn't be able to go to Officer training. I talked with Adam about it and he explained to me what he thought I needed to do. I started going to his fitness classes and noticed a big difference between this class and the other company where I got hurt. Adam took time to get to know me, do an assessment, and individualize my workout. He emphasized proper form and lots of stretching. I soon started individual training with Adam and I came to realize that he knew a great deal about how the body works and how to get me in shape. He tailored my workout in such a way that I was able to heal my injuries and make improvements. Within a very short period of time I was feeling much better and able to push my workouts to new levels. I went off to Army Officer training and passed my physical fitness test with the best score of my life. I owe a great deal to Adam and recommend him highly.
We have been doing Adam’s “couples” work-out for the last 3 months. Due to our work schedules, kids activities, and home life, we have very little time for each other – much less hitting the gym together! Adam arranged his schedule to suit ours, coming to our house late on weeknights or early afternoon on weekends while our 2 year old naps. Without this arrangement, we would have never experienced Adam’s creative workouts (pushing his truck up a hill, animal movement races), his careful focus on proper technique, and the fun that he creates in “FDR.” We also love that our older kids see us exercising and want to participate -- Adam even created a “kid’s workout” for them! The personalized instruction we get with Adam has meant more quality time together as a couple and greater fitness for our family as a whole. We feel blessed to call Adam our personal trainer!

1 large orange, peeled and segmented
1/2 of a large banana, cut into chunks
6 large strawberries
2 cups spinach
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup ice
1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

I have been training under Adam Mindick for 2+ years. He has helped me accomplish my goal to get healthier in life and to be more physically fit.
